How to purchase a Gift Voucher
To purchase a Gift Voucher online, select the denomination you wish to purchase. Fill in the requested details such as the recipient's email address, name and a short message (max 250 characters). The voucher email will be sent after the payment process is completed.
You can also combine your own SpencerLacy purchase while sending a Gift Voucher to someone else. The voucher is sent by email to the recipient and your order is sent to you!
Purchasing with a Gift Voucher
Vouchers can be redeemed through the SpencerLacy e-Boutique at any time. The recipient will receive a unique Gift Voucher code via email. This code should be entered in the Shopping Basket when payment is requested.
If your purchase does not exceed the value of your Gift Voucher, don't worry! You can use a portion of the voucher with one order5 and the remaining amount is credited to your account.
Next time you login the remaining amount will be automatically deducted from your purchase.
Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
- Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and are issued in Australian dollars.
- Vouchers purchased through www.spencerlacy.com can only be redeemed through these channels and cannot be redeemed through our stockists.
- Vouchers are redeemed using the unique code contained in an email to the recipient.
- Vouchers can be redeemed at any time through the SpencerLacy site using this unique code.
- Vouchers can only be redeemed once. Any remaining amount is held as a credit on your spencerlacy.com account and can be redeemed upon login for your next purchase.
- Vouchers are not transferable.
- Vouchers can make up a portion of a transaction with remaining balance paid using a credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
- Lost or stolen gift vouchers cannot be replaced.
