If you're an Australian customer, we'll Express Post your parcel to arrive within 5 - 7 working days.
Postage for parcels under 0.5 kilos - $5.50
Postage for parcels under 3 kilos - $9.50
Postage for parcels under 5 kilos - $15.00
If you're a New Zealand customer, we'll send your parcel via Registered Post International and it will arrive in 14+ working days.

If it wasn't meant to be...
Every piece of SpencerLacy will make you feel fabulous; however if it's faulty or doesn't fit, please return it to us within 14 days. If your garment is faulty we will graciously exchange or refund the item. If it does not fit we will happily exchange the item for a different size. Please note that there is no exchange or refund on sale items, unless faulty or shipped not as ordered. Please choose carefully, we can't exchange or refund for change of mind.

We will exchange for different size if the goods are returned in their original condition. Please choose your knickers carefully as we are unable to exchange them due to hygiene reasons. We will exchange or refund if the goods are faulty. If the item is sold out, we will offer a replacement with another item of your choice to the same value.
We will refund the purchase price via your original payment method, excluding delivery (unless your garments are faulty or different from what you ordered). Returned garments must be unworn (except if you've tried them on for size), unwashed and unaltered. Original freight charges apply to redelivery of international orders except where goods are faulty or not as ordered.
For all exchanges and refunds, please complete the details on the packaging slip that arrived with your parcel and ensure your reason for refund or exchange is clearly stated.
