Conditions of Entry SpencerLacy "Mum's the word" Promotion. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.

1. Entry is free and is open to all residents of Australia, New Zealand and the UK who enter online at www.spencerlacy.com during the promotional period ("Eligible Entrants"). Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

2. Promotion commences 09:00 am 18/04/08 Australian Eastern Savings time (GMT +10) and closes 11.59pm 11/05/08 Australian Eastern Savings time (GMT +10). To enter the promotion, Eligible Entrants must, during the promotional period, complete in full as required the official entry form, including their personal details, and answer 'where you found the word mum three times in our online store'. The completed entry form must then be submitted to www.spencerlacy.com during the promotional period. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the promotional period. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.

3. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries.

4. Entrants can only enter in their own name. Only entries completed via the official entry form on the SpencerLacy website will be accepted. Multiple entries will be accepted but each entry must contain an original official entry form.

5. All entries received will be judged by a panel of appropriately qualified judges at 11:00am on 15/05/2008 at 27-31 Munster Terrace North Melbourne, Victoria. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified by telephone and email following the judging.

6. The two highest judged entry as determined by the judges will each win a first prize, comprising of a SpencerLacy gift pack valued at $104.95 and a Ines Botanica candle valued at $69.95. 5 runners up prizes will be awarded by the judges to the next 5 highest entries comprising a SpencerLacy Retail Therapy card valued at $40.00 to be redeemed at the SpencerLacy online store at www.spencerlacy.com.

7. Total prize value is up to $549.80 (incl GST). No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize. The prize or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter reserves the right substitute the prize with stock of equal value should the goods not be available at the time of the draw.

8. The Promoter may award any prize to the next highest judged entry at the same place and time as the original judging on 19/05/2008 in order to award the prize if the prize remains unclaimed by that date. In the event of any winner in the unclaimed prize judging, the winner will be notified by telephone and email.

9. The Promoter reserves the right to request that the winner provides proof of identity, age and proof of residency before issuing a prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter.

10. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

11. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to include entrants in the promotion and where appropriate award prizes. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By participating in the promotion, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may also use the information to assist the Promoter in improving goods and services and to contact entrants in the future with special offers via any medium including mail and commercial electronic messages. The Promoter may share information with its Australian related companies who may contact entrants with special offers. The Promoter may also share information with other persons or entities who assist the Promoter in running promotions or with other companies who provide prizes for promotions. By entering the promotion, each entrant agrees that their personal information may be used in the manner described above. The Promoter may publish or cause to be published the winner's name, locality and answer in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the winner.
